Sunday's Message: Teach, Walk, and Talk Starts at Home!

You are the primary teacher. Teach your children to the point they begin to ask why we do and praise the way we do. The bible tells us the beginning of your childhood begins at home. Do not allow your kids to learn everything from school, work, or society. Teach them about everything, including the Lord. Let them know that all things are done through Christ. Lastly, what kind of talk do you allow in your house? Think about it. What is mostly spoken in your home or how do you speak to each other. What is your home talk?

You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates. - Deuteronomy 6:7-9
