Robin Thicke Breaks Silence on His Father Alan's Death

Growing Pains star Alan Thicke died of a heart attack at age 69, and while his death was a complete shock to friends and family, his son has offered a message to those around the world who loved him. The Los Angeles Times spoke with Robin Thicke Tuesday night, who referred to his father as "the greatest man I ever met" and "always a gentleman." Confirming that Alan died of a heart attack, the "Blurred Lines" singer, 39, added, "The good thing was that he was beloved and he had closure.
