Cancellation Policy
Check the FAQ Podcast with Qui Talks Thank you for your interest in being a guest on Check the FAQ, a podcast exploring fashion, culture, community voices, and current issues. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the host and our guests, please review the following booking guidelines. Scheduling Podcast interviews are scheduled in advance through our online booking system. Guests must select an available time slot and complete all required information to confirm their booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with recording details and instructions for the virtual interview. Recording Format All interviews are conducted virtually using a remote recording platform. Guests will need access to a reliable internet connection, a quiet environment, and a device with a microphone and camera. Preparation Guests are encouraged to: Arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled recording time Use headphones if possible to improve audio quality Prepare talking points about their work, brand, or community involvement Punctuality Please be respectful of the scheduled recording time. If a guest is more than 10 minutes late, the interview may need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appearance, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so another guest can use the time slot. Cancellations We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel your booking, please provide notice as soon as possible so we can accommodate other guests. Content Rights By participating in the podcast, guests agree that the audio recording may be edited and distributed on podcast platforms including Spreaker, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Castbox, and other digital streaming platforms. Episodes may also be promoted through social media and digital marketing channels associated with Check the FAQ and Qui Talks. Promotion Guests will receive a shareable episode link once the podcast is published and are encouraged to share the episode with their audience to help expand the conversation.
