Dear Qui Talks: My boyfriend has no goals!

Dear Qui Talks, I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years. When we first met he never really had any goals but I thought that was because he was just in a phase of his life. Plus I didn't want to judge him because of that. Now we have been with each other for about three years and his goals have not changed. He has been at the same job in the same position for 7 years. No promotion, no raise, nothing. Every time we talk about future plans, he has no input. However, he has never cheated on me or ever treated me horribly. He has been an amazing boyfriend. But.....do I really want to settle with someone who does not want to move forward in life. Am I selfish? Or should I break up with him? I do love him but I do not want to be with someone that doesn't have any goals. I see a future for myself. I do not want to drag him. Oh, I  didn't even tell you the worst. Additional to him not having any goals, when I ask him to go out or travel...he complains about not having enough money. Ahhhhhhhh! This man is making me fall out of love with him.
